A wind sheer split a tree on the side of our property in a recent storm. Pat Allen from Arbortech came to our home the day I called him, looked at damage, and gave me an estimate. He also agreed to trim limbs of other trees and to remove an aging spruce tree in our front yard. I received his estimate on Friday of Memorial Day weekend. He assured me that they would be on site within the week. They came yesterday and spent a good part of the day working on tree removal and pruning. They returned the first thing this morning to complete the job. They are efficient and professional. They did a wonderful job on a very large tree and cleaned our yard to perfection. The price was reasonable and the work was not easy. They have the right equipment and personnel to handle these large trees. I recommend them highly and will use them again!

Along the way, they were flexible with modifying requests, and were super easy to work with. I was given a window of when they expected to come out, and was contacted the day before the service. This company did tree work in our neighborhoods yard and had a hydraulic leak all over our driveway and lawn.  Said they would clean the driveway and replace the damaged lawn.  After 2 weeks of constant calling they finally came to clean our driveway but we are left with 2 very large deep oil stains.  Now it’s October and they still have not repaired our lawn and are not returning our calls.  Tree work may be good but responsible and customer service is not great at all.r next job.

Great news! You don’t have to read anymore reviews - I already called around, had quotes done etc - you should hire Arbortech. A few months ago I had quotes done to remove two trees and did not call Arbortech - mistake #1. Mistake #2 - I procrastinated and had one of those trees come down Friday and, while stable, the way it was leaning on other trees was not safe. Called around Friday night, including to all my quotes - Saturday Bob came out, gave a very fair and competitive estimate on the spot and said he would move some things around to come Monday at 7am and remove that and one other very tall dead tree. They were here 15 mins early Monday - his crew worked efficiently and very safely together. They took great care maneuvering my tight property and when they were done you would never even know they were there the job was so clean. I really can’t say enough about Bobs professionalism and the exceptional work his team did. I was also impressed that Bob was on the job running the show, making sure everything was up to his standards. From cutting to hauling to raking, in the truck, in the bucket, and on the ground - the owner was there directing the work of all 8 guys like a pro. If I need another tree removed - I’m calling Arbortech. If anyone I know needs trees removed, I’m telling them to call Arbortech. You’re here because you need a tree removed - call Arbortech. I contacted Arbortech Tree Service for a cleanup job in the middle of May. Bob, the owner, got back with me within 24 hours and came out to give me an estimate the very next day. I felt the estimate price that he gave me was awesome. I contacted many other companies in the area to get an estimate and was met with, "we don't do cleanup right now", or "we're too busy." Or, just didn't get a response at all or it was weeks later. Both times that Bob gave me a time he would be there to meet with me, he was right on time, even a few minutes early. Bob was very personable, respectful, and prompt. You could tell that Bob cared about doing a great job for people, just by the way he conducted himself in our conversations. When I first met with Bob, he told me he was scheduling around 2 weeks out. Sure enough after confirming the job, he got me on the schedule within 2 weeks. He gave me a heads up in advance on the day he planned to be there and without fail he lived up to what he said. There are not a lot of companies you can take at their word anymore, but Bob and his team did a great job with the cleanup, saved me a lot of time and hassle trying to complete this on my own, and he stuck to everything that he said. Great job all around. They arrived on time and went to work quickly. They protected my lawn with mats and when it was all done you could not tell they were there. Pricing was slightly less than the other services but they provided all the same services. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Following the storm last Monday I had a large branch split that threatened the chimney, air conditioner and corner of my front porch. Had 4 very large trees removed as well as a few smaller ones. with Arbortech tree service. Patrick & his crew were prompt & went straight to work. Very impressed with the teamwork! They cleaned up My property with the exception of the chips left from the two stumps that were ground. Otherwise I would have given them 5 stars.
